1. General
1.1. The giveaway is organised by Staycuration, a brand by HOMEISSUE. ("the Organizer").
1.2. Participation is only possible under these Terms & Conditions. By entering, participants accept these conditions.
1.3. This giveaway is not affiliated with, sponsored, or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, or Airbnb.

2. Eligibility
2.1. Participation is open to all natural persons aged 18 and above with residence in the EU, Switzerland, or the UK.
2.2. Participation using third-party identities, fake accounts, or multiple entries is not permitted and may lead to exclusion.
2.3. Employees of Staycuration and their relatives are excluded from participation.
2.4. The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of eligibility and to exclude participants in case of violations or manipulation attempts.

3. Prize
3.1. The prize consists of 2 × 200€ Airbnb Gift Cards.
3.2. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash.

4. Winner Selection & Notification
4.1. The winners will be selected at random and without public involvement.
4.2. Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message.
4.3. If a winner does not reply within 7 days, the claim to the prize expires, and a new winner may be selected.

5. Data Protection
5.1. Personal data collected during the giveaway will only be used for its administration and not shared with third parties.

6. Liability
6.1. The Organizer is not liable for technical issues or the usability of the prizes provided by partner companies.
6.2. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except in cases of personal injury or mandatory legal liability.

7. Other
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway for factual reasons, including technical or legal issues.
7.2. Taxes or duties related to winning are the sole responsibility of the winners.
7.3. Legal recourse is excluded. Austrian law applies.
7.4. Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be or become invalid, the remainder remains unaffected.
